We have worked with a huge number of facilitators, but Kate is by far the most knowledgeable, engaging and effective. She has worked with us to create several training packages. was able to tailor both the content, format and pace of training to meet our staff and client needs. While everything she delivers is based in evidence and specifically referenced to our quality framework, she delivers it in a way that is accessible and relatable to each group. We have a number of consumers and staff with minimal English skills and a range of functional limitations, all of which Kate managed incredibly well, so that everyone had a positive experience and successful outcomes. I could not recommend Kate highly enough.
